Welcome to My Marketing Maven! We are genuinely excited to partner with you to make your marketing magnificent. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are the clear-cut rules that govern your access to and use of our website, the JenBot tool, and all services, content, and products offered by My Marketing Maven ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using any part of our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to the terms, please don't use our services. (But we hope you stay! We’d love to help.)

1. The Core of the Agreement

My Marketing Maven provides tailored social media coaching, planning workshops, and full content management services designed to empower small businesses. Our mission is to provide the support you actually need.

1.1. Acceptance: By enrolling in a membership, purchasing a service, or simply using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1.2. The Grown-Up Stuff: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.

2. The Magnificent Management (Hands Free Hive)

This section covers our full-service content creation and scheduling solution.

2.1. Service Agreement: The specific deliverables, content pillars, scheduling timelines, and fees for The Magnificent Management will be detailed in a separate, written Service Agreement (SOW). The SOW supplements these general Terms.

2.2. Your Collaboration is Key: For us to deliver magnificent results, you agree to provide necessary access (social media, brand assets, images), accurate information, and timely feedback/approvals as reasonably requested. We can’t work our magic without your help!

2.3. Fees and Billing: Fees are non-refundable and are paid Monthly or Annually as outlined in your SOW.

2.4. Termination: Either party may terminate the Magnificent Marketing service with a minimum of 15 days’ written notice prior to the start of the next service period. Specific termination and refund policies will be outlined in your SOW.

3. The Maven Marketing Magic Membership

This section covers your access to our tiered membership program and its resources.

3.1. Subscription and Billing: The Maven Marketing Magic Membership is a recurring subscription with different tiers (Level One, Two, Three). By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription fee automatically at the start of each billing cycle (typically monthly or annually) until you cancel.

3.2. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify the membership fees. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any price changes, and they will only take effect for subsequent billing cycles.

3.3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting our support team at Jen@mymarketingmaven.ca.

• When does the magic end? Your access and benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Due to the instant access to resources, lessons, and JenBot, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial months, early cancellations, or unused portions of the membership.

3.4. Tier Benefits: Your access to features like personal one-on-one sessions (Level Three), group planning workshops (Level Two), and discounted audits is strictly defined by your current, active membership level.

4. Meet Your 24/7 Creative Coach: JenBot

JenBot is here to give you that instant creative clarity, but it’s important to understand her role.

4.1. JenBot is a Guide, Not a Guarantee: JenBot is an AI tool powered by our expert marketing knowledge. She is a non-judgmental brainstorming buddy and content troubleshooter, designed to give you suggestions, feedback, and direction.

4.2. Responsibility: You remain fully and solely responsible for all content, strategies, and decisions you make based on JenBot’s guidance. My Marketing Maven makes no guarantee that JenBot’s advice is legally compliant, without error, or will result in specific business outcomes.

4.3. Acceptable Use: JenBot is for your internal business use as part of your membership. You agree not to use JenBot or any other membership resource to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property (The Ownership Stuff)

5.1. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to any materials, logos, images, or content you provide to My Marketing Maven. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use this content solely to perform the services you have hired us for.

5.2. My Marketing Maven Content: All website content, lesson plans, templates, workshop recordings, JenBot’s underlying technology, and any materials provided inside The Maven Marketing Magic Membership are the property of My Marketing Maven and protected by copyright.

• The No-Share Rule: These membership resources are for your individual business use only. You may not distribute, share, re-sell, or sublicense these materials to any third party. Sharing login information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5.3. Magnificent Content: Upon final payment for the Magnificent Management service, the ownership and copyright of the custom-created content (images, design, copy) are transferred to you. We reserve the right to use samples of this work for our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability and Results

6.1. No Guarantees of Outcome: We are committed to consistency and clarity, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, traffic, engagement rates, or sales increases. Marketing success is a magnificent dance influenced by many variables outside of our control (market trends, ad platform changes, your products, etc.).

6.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Marketing Maven will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services. If we are found to be liable, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve (12) months for the services giving rise to the claim.

7. General Legal Provisions

7.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

7.2. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will always post the most current version here. Your continued use of the services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
